First Friday Art Walk – January 2026

With the new year underway, we’re thrilled to welcome Pradeep back as our featured artist for January. If you missed the show last month—or simply want another look—this encore exhibit offers a second opportunity to experience his intricate, layered works that seamlessly blend traditional artistry with cutting-edge technology.

Born into a family of photographers in Southern India, Pradeep discovered his artistic passion early, training as a retouching and coloring artist before pursuing formal art studies. His early work spanned a wide range of traditional mediums and drew strong inspiration from the intricate patterns and vibrant colors found in nature.

A growing interest in computer graphics and animation led Pradeep into 3D digital modeling, eventually resulting in his signature technique, “Lasered Layers.” This process combines hand-drawn sketches, digital vector art, and precision laser-cut paper to create richly textured, three-dimensional relief works.

Bridging traditional and digital practices, Pradeep’s work reflects a constant spirit of experimentation and innovation. Inspired by emerging technologies such as generative AI, he continues to explore new ways of blending artistic styles and pushing the boundaries of contemporary art.
