First Friday Art Walk – January 2022

Oshara believes life is a healing journey, which is how she would explain her life and her art journey. Starting her art journey in 2007, after she did a creativity meditation. Upon ending the meditation, Oshara created her first painting, an acrylic pastel of a Butterfly Goddess in a red dress. She has since expanded her creativity in many directions.

Oshara loves to create jewelry, wall hangings and everything in between. She considers herself a healing creative artist. She is the happiest when others see her work and make their own interpretations of what it means. She was a muralist on the Brown v Board Artsconnect Mural, TPD ArtsConnect Mural and the HiCrest Basketball Court Mural.
