You will find Beth’s paintings invite the viewer into the space by putting her love for color, shapes, space, light and dark together, to create something interactive and beautiful. Help NexLynx bring back the crown and vote for your favorite beer infused chili in the highly popular, annual Art Walk Chili competition. Snacks, soda, beer and wine provided.

Discover Art Downtown and view the beautiful oil paintings of Hi Stockwell. His exhibit, “Sunrise Sunset” will capture the breathtaking views of the mornings and evenings Hi has seen from his travels. As part of the downtown pet theme, we will be collecting donations for the Cat Association of Topeka. Pet themed snacks, soda, beer and wine provided.

View the work of 12 artists from the Two Wolves Artist Collective. The Collective is a group of artists who advocate for the arts in Topeka. The artists featured in this group exhibit use several mediums and styles from photo realistic to surreal, oil, acrylic, watercolor, or metal. Get a beautifully designed henna tattoo from talented artist, Vidhi Shah and rock out as we celebrate Elvis week with a life-size stand up for pictures and help those less fortunate by donating school supplies.

Discover Art Downtown and view the paintings of talented artist, Diane Lawrence. Diane’s focus as an artist has always been color. Her paintings make us more aware of our surroundings and their beauty. Diane has taught workshops and given demonstrations in both silk painting and watercolor. Participate in the fun downtown scavenger hunt, while continuing the 4th of July celebration. Snacks, soda, beer and wine provided.

Come view the beautiful silk paintings from members of the Sunflower Silkers group. Silk painting is the art of applying fabric dye or paint with a brush to white silk. Afterwards, the color is then heat set using steam or an iron. Join us in the Cheesy Chalk Walk with cheesy themed foods and Spenser Acker, an exceptional young man with autism, who will fill our sidewalks with vibrant colors and shapes. Snacks, soda, beer and wine provided.

Discover Art Downtown at NexLynx Gallery of Arts, and view the intricate Counted Cross Stitch pieces by Irma Wager. Irma has made many images for family and friends in different varieties from European landscapes to animals, flowers, city streets and beautiful women. Chocolate is exploding once again at NexLynx Gallery! Dip into our chocolate waterfall, enjoy a perfect “Cocomotion” cocoa and other tasty treats. Then top it off with a selection of chocolate inspired beers and wines.
